Bagel Sandwich with Turkey and Swiss Cheese
with chips / pickles

Active: 25 Total: 25

This summer meal caused quite a stir when we first shared it in 2019, with some loving the simplicity and others declaring it too simple to even need a recipe. It's time to bring back the #bagelgate debate for tonight's dinner!
Smarts: Serve chips on the side, but we wouldn't blame you a bit for adding a few to the sandwich for crunch!

Make

  1. Heat oven to 400F / 204C degrees.

I’m team #bagelgate. I like this sandwich even if it is more lunch than dinner.

So quick! I swapped greek yogurt for mayo which works great if you add salt and a touch of lemon juice.

This was great! We skipped the aioli and just did mayo, forgot the red onion and added the pickles to the sandwich. Really delicious and simple.
