Bagel Sandwich with Turkey and Swiss Cheese
with chips / pickles

Active: 25 Total: 25

This summer meal caused quite a stir when we first shared it in 2019, with some loving the simplicity and others declaring it too simple to even need a recipe. It's time to bring back the #bagelgate debate for tonight's dinner!
Smarts: Serve chips on the side, but we wouldn't blame you a bit for adding a few to the sandwich for crunch!

Easy + the fam enjoyed it! We aren’t big Swiss fans so I used havarti. Next time may try pepperjack for a bit of a kick.

Always love this one. Was a super busy day, so glad to have a quick meal. Should have used cheddar for the kid who hates Swiss (forgot about that!) but otherwise everyone was happy.

I’m team #bagelgate. I like this sandwich even if it is more lunch than dinner.
