Pleasantly surprised. Thought it would need more sauce but this was flavourful!! I toasted the buns with a little butter. I was to lazy to make veggie version for myself so just omitted thr meat and it was still great.Great easy meal.

Who needs bread? So easy, so flavorful and tasty! This was a hot summer day winner. Totally keeping this on hand.
Kept my bread like croutons on top which helped it from getting soggy. I also think a salad means lettuce so I put romaine on the bottom which I was grateful for. I continue to be so excited about my pickled beets for olives substitution.

Quick, easy and delicious! Family favorite for sure. Didn't do the squash as it seemed like too much work for a relatively simple meal otherwise. Next time I'd probably do fruit or something easy and make it a 10 minute meal.
These were so good! Opted to just dress the lettuce, not the whole sandwich. Flavors were great, would probably just skip the squash next time!
