  • Fresh fruit, any mix - 6 cups , chopped
  • Sandwich bread, thick sliced - 4
  • Arugula - 3 oz
  • Lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • Cream cheese - 8 oz
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning (opt) - 2 tsp
  • Smoked salmon - 8 oz

  1. Lightly toast sandwich bread in a toaster or preheat oven to 375F. Spread bread out onto sheet pans and toast for 4 to 6 minutes.
