  • Baby spinach - 5 oz, roughly chopped
  • Marinara sauce - 4 cups (we highly recommend Rao's)
  • Frozen meatballs - 1 lb
  • Cheese, parmesan (opt) - 2 oz, grated

  2. Add cooked penne and spinach into marinara, and cook until spinach is wilted.

  3. Serve pasta with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top (if using) and enjoy!

  1. Air-fry meatballs at 375F / 190C for 10 to 15 minutes, shaking once or twice midway through.

Pasta is in our regular rotation but I’d never tried meatballs in the air fryer before. Yummy!

Used Trader Joe’s Turkey Meatballs and cheese tortellini. Made an easy tomato sauce with canned tomatoes. Served with mixed green salad.
