We all loved this, and I loved how easy it was. I wasn't crazy about the cole slaw by itself. And, I had a ton leftover, so it went to waste. Gonna have to try different cole slaw recipes.

Made with salmon instead of fish sticks, but turned out to be our best fish tacos at home. I was worried the coleslaw mix was going to be dry, but it all worked really well together.

Favorite easy meal ever! Made the fish sticks in the airfryer and they were perfectly crispy.
