Make

  1. Heat oven to 425F / 218C.

  2. Toss together Brussels sprouts, oil (portion for sprouts), vinegar, dried thyme (portion for sprouts), and some salt and pepper. Spread out on a sheet pan. Roast until Brussels sprouts are tender, 18 to 22 minutes (depending on the size of the sprouts), shaking the pan halfway through cooking.

  3. Next, heat a large skillet or grill pan with oil (portion for burgers) over medium heat. Add burger patties and sear on both sides until they reach an internal temperature of 165F / 74C degrees, ~5 minutes on each side. In the last few minutes of cooking, top each burger patty with cheese so that it melts.

  4. Toast hamburger buns.

  5. Spread the bottom halves of toasted hamburger buns with cranberry sauce. Add burger patties.

  6. Toss roasted Brussels sprouts with lemon juice.

  7. Serve burgers with roasted Brussels sprouts on the side. Enjoy!
