I was a little surprised to see no binding in the burger recipe and thought about adding an egg, but I checked the comments and it didn't seem like people had issues with it so I made it as is, and sure enough 3 of my 4 burgers were crumbly. Very delicious, but we had to glue them together with the guac.

Veggie burger was alright, but too big by far. I could have made 8 patties rather than 4! Next time I'll leave out the chipotle for my kids.
First time making black bean patties and they did not disappoint. We'll definitely do this one again.
This was solid but nothing special. I’ll probably look for something juicier or with more flavor next time.
We added a little jalapeno to the guacamole, made the burgers with ground Turkey, and ate the burgers with sriracha. It was amazing!
