Lamb Fattoush Salad
with feta / pita chips / creamy tahini dressing

Active: 30 minTotal: 30 min

We try not to play favorites with our entree salads, but this one always seems to hit the right balance of flavor and texture. Our community gave this recipe that was featured in 2018 high marks for the flavorful spices in the lamb, the crunch from pita chips, and the creamy dressing.
Smarts: Crumble the pita chips over the salad right before serving so they retain some crunch.

I usually season my salad dressings with a little salt and pepper. If you do, too - skip it this time. The feta is salty enough. Love the bites with mint the best so I added extra!

I made it with lamb but will try it with another meat next time. I liked the spices but was not all that thrilled with the underlying lamb flavor. The walnuts were also not part of my favorite flavor so I'll leave them out.

Quite delicious! Used turkey instead of lamb. Really enjoyed this and it will make great leftovers for lunch :) The mint in the salad was a great addition!
