Enjoy the spice of buffalo chicken on a hoagie sandwich with a cool romaine salad and ranch on the side.

This was good, but we had problems with chicken not staying on the rolls. Next time i might do strips or hollow out the rolls or not cut them all the way thru.

The chicken was good, but we did not care for the dressing.

These were SO good. We did 1/2 hot sauce because I'm a wuss for hot sauce and it was great. We may even have been able to do the full amount bc the dressing really helps to cut down spice level. We had debated just using ranch dressing we already had but ended up making the dressing in the recipe and it was SO GOOD. Worth the extra effort! We'll definitely be using the dressing recipe later on.
